Blount disease is a developmental disorder characterized by disordered growth of the medial aspect of the proximal tibial physis resulting in progressive lower limb deformity. The deformity consists of varus, procurvatum, and internal rotation of the tibia, However, in the advanced stage of the disease, there is a bony bridge formation with medial plateau depression, joint instability, and leg length inequality, all of which have to be addressed by the proposed treatment. We treat this case by intra atticular osteotomy to elevation of medial plateau and another metaphyseal osteotomy to correct the varus and internal rotation deformities.
